I know there was a bunch of posts in the old. But I had to delete and restart to change rights. The hiarchy now looks like this.
Public
|-Everyone has access
Customer
|-Employees
|-Moderators
|-Customers
Employee
|-Employee
|-Moderators
Moderator
|-Moderators
Rights
I'll try and avoid too much useless information for you but here is how the rights will work.
Everyone who registers will be a "Forum Member"
Customers and Employees will be "Forum Members" but with benefits. If you have a secondary tag of "customer" or "employee" you can view the corresponding forums. This way everyone shows up as a forum member, and no one can easily contact our entire customer base.
